10 teams of international students crossed the finish line of the „GXC International Virtual Challenge“ – a new learning program at Munich University of Applied Sciences.

In a final live session the teams presented business plans and working prototypes that solve red-hot social and environmental challenges provided by sponsors like Prof. Dr. Ursula Triebswetter from Landeshauptstadt München.

Coaching young adults is different.
I enjoyed their openness.
I was surprised how strong the wish to fit in was at times.
And I am still excited about the diverse and creative solutions the different teams came up with.

My congratulations to all participants and thanks to Gudrun Socher, Audrey Stolze, and Andrea Schramm for trusting and collaborating with me and my partners Chrys Jerrett and Fernanda Andalaft!
